1. Booking & Payment

Bookings are confirmed based on mutual agreement via email, message, or online form.

As no deposit is required, the full payment is due on the day of the photoshoot, before or immediately after the session.

RSB Photography reserves the right to refuse delivery of images until full payment is received.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Clients may reschedule the session with at least 48 hours notice, subject to availability.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session may result in refusal of future bookings.
• In case of bad weather, the session will be rescheduled at no additional cost.

Because no deposit is taken, clients are expected to respect the agreed booking time.

3. No-Show Policy

If the client fails to attend the session without prior notice:

• The session will be considered a no-show
• RSB Photography reserves the right to decline future bookings

4. Late Arrival

Clients are expected to arrive on time.

• Late arrival will reduce the session duration.
• If the client is more than 30 minutes late, the session may be cancelled.

5. Delivery of Images

• Images are delivered via a private online gallery.
• Delivery timeframe:
  • Standard delivery: 12 to 14 working days
• Only edited images are delivered.
• RAW/unedited files are not included.

6. Artistic Style

By booking RSB Photography, the client agrees to the photographer’s style and editing approach.

Images are edited in a natural and timeless style. Additional or extensive retouching requests may incur extra charges.

7. Usage Rights

Clients receive a personal-use license for their images.

Commercial use is not permitted without prior written consent.

RSB Photography retains full copyright and reserves the right to use images for:

• Portfolio
• Website
• Social media
• Marketing purposes

Clients who prefer privacy must inform the photographer before the session.

8. Liability

RSB Photography will take all reasonable care during the session.

However, the photographer is not responsible for:

• Weather conditions
• Location restrictions
• Unforeseen circumstances beyond control

In the unlikely event of total image loss or technical failure, liability is limited to a full refund of any amount paid.

9. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for:

• Arriving on time
• Ensuring cooperation of all participants
• Obtaining permission for specific locations if required

10. Travel & Location

Travel within standard areas in Mauritius is included unless otherwise agreed. Additional charges may apply for distant locations.

11. Amendments

RSB Photography reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The applicable version is the one at the time of booking.

12. Acceptance

By confirming a booking, the client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
